Hugh Munro, East Nissouri

Kenneth Hugh Munro was born in 1927 and lived in Uniondale, with his wife, Mildred (nee Tobin) where they raised five children. He was a partner with Hutton Transport Company, where he worked for thirty-five years.

He served as Deputy Reeve for East Nissouri Township from 1963-1964 and as Reeve from 1965-1966. In 1966, he was elected County Warden, after winning a tie-breaking vote after the 9th ballot had deadlocked.
