1981-1982: Ross Livingston
Ross Livingston, Blandford-Blenheim
Born in 1929, Ross Livingston farmed on Blenheim Road from 1954, until his retirement. He served as Deputy Reeve for the Township of Blenheim from 1973-1974. Following Restructuring he served as a County Councillor for Blandford-Blenheim Township from 1975-1985. He was elected County Warden on December 10, 1980 on the 1st ballot for the 1981-1982 term.
He was a member and Past Master of Plattsville Masonic Lodge No. 178, was a former President of the Waterloo Wellington Flying Club, and past member of the Ayr Curling Club. He also served on the Grand River Conservation Authority and was a past Deacon of Drumbo Baptist Church.
Ross Livingston passed away on September 10, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener and is interned at the Drumbo Cemetery.
