The Oxford County Library has an extensive database of historical records and databases.

The Oxford County Archives’ shares the Gaol Governor’s house with the Oxford Ancestors (Genealogical Society). This wonderful group can assist researchers in family history or property research.

The Woodstock Museum hosts a large collection for local records and artifacts from the City of Woodstock. The entire collection is accessible through their online database.

The Woodstock Public Library hosts an extensive collection of local history resources and readings.

The resources provided on this page are related to the Indigenous peoples of Ontario and Canada, Truth & Reconciliation, and Residential Schools are not all representative of Oxford County's history and are not the intellectual property of the Oxford County Archives.

The Heritage Advisory Committee of Woodstock has created an extensive database of heritage properties located in the older parts of Woodstock. It includes photographs, ownership lists, and architectural comments for each building.
